What it entails
Stones that hold you still.
Amethyst at the crown, lapis at the brow, rose quartz at the heart, citrine at the solar plexus, aventurine at the navel, carnelian below it and smoky quartz at the feet. Each stone is cleansed, warmed in the hands and placed with intention — then Reiki is channelled through the layout for forty minutes.
The gentle weight of the stones gives scattered minds something to rest on. Clients with racing thoughts often find this the easiest session to surrender to.
